Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Billing & renewal: Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year on your billing date until you cancel. We email a reminder before each yearly renewal. Done-For-You is $1,500/mo, month-to-month, with no setup fee and no minimum term.
Free trial: Starter and Pro include a 30-day free trial, limited to one per business. After 30 days your plan price ($97/mo Starter, $297/mo Pro) is billed automatically each month in USD until you cancel. Cancel from your account before the trial ends and you will not be charged. We email a reminder about 7 days before your first charge.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime online from your account (Settings › Billing › Cancel subscription). You can also email info@vdm360.ai or call +1 661-404-7767. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (month or year). You keep access until then and you will not be charged again after cancelling.
Refunds: Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Yearly plans: full refund if you cancel within 14 days of a yearly charge; after 14 days, no partial refunds, and access continues to the end of the paid year. Completed one-time setup work is non-refundable. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the erroneous charge. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
Delivery: VDM360 is cloud software and services delivered online. Nothing is shipped. Account access is provided by email right after signup, and Done-For-You setup starts within 2 business days.
