Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. VDM360 Starter and VDM360 Pro both include a 30-day free trial. Starter's trial is limited; Pro's trial includes all features. After 30 days your plan price is billed automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel from your account before the trial ends and you won't be charged; we email a reminder about 7 days before your first charge. One trial per business.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing gets 2 months free (10× the monthly price, billed once a year). Yearly plans renew automatically each year, we email a reminder before renewal, and you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of a yearly charge.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, online from your account (Settings › Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again. You can also email info@vdm360.ai.
Does Done-For-You have a setup fee or contract?
No. Done-For-You is $1,500/mo, month-to-month, with no setup fee and no minimum term.
What does Done-For-You include?
Everything in Pro, plus a dedicated VDM360 team member who sets up your calendars, pipelines and automations, AI agents trained on your business, funnels and forms built for you, contact import, a monthly strategy call and report, and priority support.
Does Starter include the AI voice agent?
No. Starter has no AI voice agent and limited AI chat. VDM360 Pro adds AI voice and message agents 24/7.
How many users can I have?
Starter includes CRM for 1 user. Pro and Done-For-You include unlimited users.
Do I set up Pro myself?
Pro is self-setup with guides and a support line. If you'd rather have it built for you, choose Done-For-You.
