2. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

Send spam or unlawful communications
Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or local laws
Harass, deceive, or mislead recipients
Upload illegal or infringing content

You are solely responsible for your compliance.

4. AI & Automation Disclaimer

AI outputs are automated and not guaranteed to be accurate
You are responsible for configuring and monitoring AI behavior
VDM360 is not liable for AI-generated content or decisions

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance
Plans automatically renew unless canceled
Pricing may change with notice
Failed payments may result in suspension or termination

6. Refund Policy (Stripe-Compliant)

❗ ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No refunds for subscription fees, setup fees, usage fees, or partial billing periods
No refunds for unused time, canceled accounts, or dissatisfaction
Refunds are only issued if required by law

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to:

Contact VDM360 support before filing disputes
Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks
Be responsible for fees incurred due to disputes or chargebacks

8. No Guarantees

VDM360 does not guarantee:

Revenue increases
Lead generation results
Marketing performance
Business outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDM360 shall not be liable for:

Lost profits
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 30 days.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VDM360 from any claims arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your customer communications
Legal or regulatory violations

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violations of these Terms
Non-payment
Abuse or misuse

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belongs to VDM360. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.
